Supplier management: orders, confirmations and tracking
Each service line in OFE is linked to a supplier from your database. Confirming a quote automatically creates purchase orders for each supplier. Suppliers receive their order by email and can confirm directly — no phone calls needed for standard confirmations.
When a supplier changes a price, updates capacity or cancels, OFE flags the impact on the event budget immediately. Your team can see at a glance which suppliers have confirmed, which are pending and which have issues.
Operational planning: from quote to D-Day
OFE converts confirmed events into operational plans with task assignments, supplier delivery schedules and on-site runsheets. Each team member sees their tasks and deadlines. Runsheets are generated as printable documents for on-site coordinators.
The operational plan links back to the budget: if a late-added service increases cost, the margin impact is visible immediately. No surprises at the post-event review.
Financial tracking and reporting
OFE's financial dashboard gives a real-time view of all active events: confirmed revenue, committed costs, margin per event and overall. You can filter by client, event type, organiser or period. The data flows directly into Odoo accounting — no reconciliation, no export-import cycle.
