Every service on a quote carries both a purchase cost (supplier rate) and a sale price (client rate). OFT calculates the margin per item and per programme in real time. You see your profitability before you confirm anything — not after invoicing.
When supplier prices change or you add a last-minute service, the margin updates instantly. Thresholds can trigger alerts when a programme falls below minimum profitability.
Supplier management and purchase orders
Once a quote is confirmed, OFT converts it into purchase orders sent to each supplier. You no longer re-type supplier instructions: the system extracts each service line and creates the corresponding PO automatically. Confirmations are tracked, and any discrepancy (price, dates, capacity) is flagged.
Supplier contacts, rate cards and capacity calendars are stored centrally. When you prepare a new programme for the same destination, historical rates are available as a baseline.
Operational dashboards and real-time reporting
